This album contains Four 20 minute nature sound recordings with binaural beat tecchnology.
Each track is based upon a different binaural beat frequency, to guide the listener towards the desired frame of mind, using brainwave entrainment.

Get your creativity flowing with thistrack. Early morning springtime nature sounds, birds singing and lambs in the distance, with a background of binaural beats at 6.5Hz, the center of Theta brainwaves, to inspire creative confidence in the listener.
Track 3 - Release Meditation
The natural sound of calm flowing water and the background of binaural beats at 4Hz promotes comfort & peace of mind and helps you to meditate successfully.
Track 4 - Deep Sleep
With this track the listener is guided towards a deep & rejuvenating sleep. Natural late evening sounds of light rain and a gently ringing bamboo wind chime, with a background of binaural beats that gradually drop down to 3.4Hz, the frequency of Delta brainwaves most associated with deep sleep.
Important Note : Stereo headphones must be used to receive the benefit of the binaural beat technology, but the calm nature sounds can be enjoyed on any device.
